At Building BLOX Nutrition, we strive to deliver our products in perfect condition.
Due to the nature of nutritional supplements, returns or exchanges are not accepted once the order has been delivered, except in the case where the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide photos of the damaged item and packaging. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
